The BASIX standards cover water, energy use and thermal performance of the home you are looking to build.

NatHERS assessments are the most common way to meet the minimum energy efficiency requirements of the NCC.

Recent changes to the NCC include the introduction of a new minimum 7-star rating or equivalent for the design of your home in which we can provide.

Are you looking to go above and beyond 7 stars for your BASIX certificates or NatHERS assessments?

A home reaching a 7-star rating will need some mechanical heating and cooling to keep it comfortable to live in.

A 10-star home is very energy efficient. It will remain comfortable year-round, with limited, or no mechanical cooling or heating.
